Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Pure Habits Hub LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Pure Habits Hub," "PHH," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your access to and use of the website at purehabitshub.com, our newsletter (The Saturday Letter), and any digital products we sell (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, purchase a digital product, or subscribe to our newsletter. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The PHH Service

Pure Habits Hub is an editorial wellness publication. Today, the Services include our website (articles and free resources), The Saturday Letter (a weekly email newsletter), and digital products such as eBooks sold through our checkout.

We may add, modify, or remove features of the Services at any time, including launching new products such as mini-courses or a membership. We may also suspend or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Digital Products, Purchases & Refunds

Product License

When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, view, and use the product for your personal use. You do not acquire any ownership of the product. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others.
• Reproduce or republish the content, in whole or in part, in any medium.
• Create derivative works based on the product.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the product for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.

Payments are processed by our payment infrastructure: Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, tax calculation and remittance, and receipts; Stripe is the underlying payment processor that handles card data. Both are PCI-DSS compliant. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our payment processors as well as these Terms.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, granted at PHH's discretion. Refunds are typically granted in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product.
• Accidental purchase, where you contact us promptly and have not made substantial use of the product.
• Significant content mismatch with the product description.

To request a refund, email hello@purehabitshub.com with the subject line "Refund Request," including your order number and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days. No refunds are granted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Newsletter & Email Communications

The Saturday Letter is a free weekly newsletter. By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails from PHH, which may also include occasional product announcements or relevant resources.

Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link or by emailing hello@purehabitshub.com.

Transactional emails — such as order confirmations, refund notices, password resets, and material updates to these Terms or our Privacy Policy — are sent regardless of your marketing preferences, as they are necessary for the operation of the Services.

We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email-marketing laws.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on Pure Habits Hub — including articles, eBooks, photographs, illustrations, graphics, layout, design, code, and the selection and arrangement of materials (collectively, the "Content") — is owned by Pure Habits Hub LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Pure Habits Hub," "PHH," and our logo are trademarks of Pure Habits Hub LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Reader's License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to access, read, and save the Content for your personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Reproduction & Linking

You may share our articles using the social-media buttons on our site or by linking directly to the original article (a canonical link to our URL is encouraged). You may quote short excerpts — up to 10% of the article — provided you include clear attribution to Pure Habits Hub and a link back to the original.

You may not:

You represent that you own the User Content you submit, or that you have the necessary rights to grant the license above, and that the User Content does not infringe any third party's rights. We may remove, edit, or refuse to post any User Content at our sole discretion. You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Content to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, or similar technology, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, and terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Any reliance on Content obtained through the Services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PURE HABITS HUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Time Limit for Claims

Any claim arising in connection with your use of the Services must be brought within one (1) year of the date the event giving rise to the claim occurred, otherwise the claim is permanently barred.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Habits Hub LLC and its officers, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.
• Any User Content you submit, post, or share through the Services.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

California Civil Code §1542 Waiver

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." If you are a resident of any other state with a similar statute, you waive your rights under that statute to the extent permitted by law.

DMCA & Copyright Complaints

Pure Habits Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. If you believe that content on our Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on our Services.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement, made in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Governing Law, Class Action Waiver & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice to hello@purehabitshub.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice," describing the dispute, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations for at least sixty (60) days before either party may proceed with formal legal action.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND PURE HABITS HUB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. By accepting these Terms, you are giving up the right to participate in a class action.

If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable for any reason, then the waiver shall be deemed null and void in its entirety, but the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full effect.

Termination, Changes & General Provisions

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including, without limitation, your violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, class action waiver, and governing law) shall survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For minor changes (clarifications, formatting, or small wording updates), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes (new fees, new categories of restrictions, or significant new obligations), we will provide advance notice by email to newsletter subscribers, a banner on the site, or both — before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Force Majeure

Pure Habits Hub shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, labor shortages, supply-chain disruptions, or interruptions of utilities or third-party services.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, whether by email, by notices posted on our Services, or by other electronic means. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Entire Agreement, Severability & Assignment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Habits Hub regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
